Camille Fauré is a renowned enameller based in Limoges, where he opened his own workshop in 1920. He quickly opened up to a wealthy clientele and incorporated modernist aesthetics into his work, with geometric designs that were often brightly colored and gilded. He enjoyed great success, exporting his creations all over the world.
Camille Fauré fused the centuries-old tradition of Limoges enamel with the artistic innovations of his time, giving his work a timeless language.
