The Hébrard foundry was created by the art founder Adrien-Aurélien Hébrard (1865-1937).

The company is located at no. 73 avenue de Versailles in Paris. In 1904, Adrien Hébrard also opened a gallery at no. 8 rue Royale where he presented the works of the artists he published. The Hébrard foundry mainly practiced limited edition lost-wax casting, as well as sand casting, but it also produced silverware models1. The lost-wax bronzes produced by Hébrard are renowned for the great precision of their imprint and the quality of their patina.
The foundry ceased its activity in 1937 after the death of its founder.
JEAN SERRIERE was born on February 26, 1893 in Nancy, he exhibited his goldwork pieces, from 1919, at the HEBRARD Gallery and from 1920 he participated in the Salon of the Society of Artists "Décora-fleurs" and the Salon d'Automne. His metal works appear in HEBRARD's submission to the "Exposition"
