A round earthenware dish from Manises (Spain, near Valencia), decorated with metallic lustre, buff on the wing with four four-lobed leaves in slight relief surrounded by cobalt blue and a fish standing out against a background of foliage, flowering stems and pampers.
The basin is decorated with four fish around a blue umbilicus in the centre. On the reverse, an ornate central wheel, which is surrounded by four spiral fillets, and six fine fillets and a foliate scroll.
Reglued in three pieces
