Very large all-sided desk in blackened pear wood with geometric decoration in brass fillets. It opens with three drawers on the front and three simulated drawers on the back. The belt is in a scalloped shape with the central drawers recessed.
The keyholes and simulated keyholes are decorated with a satyr mask wearing a leafy crown, finely chiseled in gilded bronze.
Double frame in brass flats on the sides of the belt harmoniously contourning, in the center, a female figure in gilded bronze. This central mascaron bears a knotted shell-shaped crown from which finely chiseled ribbons escape on each side.
The top covered in red morocco leather gilded with small iron is surrounded by blackened pear wood and surrounded by an ingot mold in « bec de corbin » and geometric spandrels with shell, in gilded bronze.
It rests on four arched legs with identical falling decoration, Indian masks in gilded bronze, foliage headdress worn as a crown, large necklace highlighting the face and winding on each side. They end in finely chiseled ears.
