A pair of cassolette candlesticks in turquoise-grey marble and chased ormolu.
Athenian-style vases resting on ormolu uprights decorated with foliage and surmounted by horned goat heads, terminating in hoofed feet; they surround a central stem adorned with laurel leaves; the ormolu top forms the candlestick decorated with a frieze of pearls and laurel leaves.
The round marble base is encircled by a gilded bronze pearl.
