Painting, oil on panel, depicting two putti symbolizing love. They are undressed, one presented on an animal skin and the other on a silk drape. Their hands are entwined with a pearl necklace emerging from a jewelry box. They are presented on an entablature surrounded by lemon trees in the background. Wooden frame and gilded stucco with canals and foliate spandrels (this one shows some wear, small dents and marks). This painting bears the signature G. Housez for Charles Gustave Housez ( 1822 - 1888 ) Second Empire period.
