Last quarter of 18th C Provencal marriage commode (chest of drawers) from Nîmes said « with lunettes ». Curved on all its sides, it rests on 4 scroll feet. Front richly carved with a decoration of tied ribbons, symbol of fidelity, of oak and olive branches as well as a soup tureen, symbol of prosperity, on the openwork low crossbar . Original pull rings and keyholes.
