A pair of decorative vases in banded alabaster, with finely chased and gilded bronze ornaments, France circa 1830.
Egg-shaped, with a false doucine lid topped with a pinecone, the body of the vase adorned with masks of bearded men resting on generous twisted handles.
They rest on a square ormolu pedestal encircled by a frieze of grained laurel, fluted on a laurel torus, double alabaster base.
Perfect condition.
