The depiction of the Vision of Saint-Hubert can be compared with a dish on the same subject in the Objets d'Art department of the Musée du Louvre, attributed to Nicola da Urbino. The treatment of vegetation and animals is indeed close enough to place this piece in the entourage of his workshop. The density of the blues provides a magnificent contrast with the other colors.
