Beautiful wood carving, light gray lacquered.The subject represents winter and summer.
The two figures, carved in the round, are leaning against a large panel made of large shells and acanthus leaves. The summer allegory (a naked girl) holds in her arms a garland of flowers carved in high relief.
This very lively sculpture is of the highest quality.
