1960's.
Robert Thibier was a French designer and decorator whose creations were presented in his Parisian showroom, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and at 21, place de la Madeleine.
During the 1960s and 1970s, he created high-end furniture, often in limited series, signed and numbered, using wrought iron or metal with a gold leaf finish. The tops are often made of glass or marble.
We know of some of his furniture in the style of the 1970s, with new geometric shapes and warm coloured upholstery.
