Mahogany and mahogany veneer sideboard console from the Louis XVI period opening with a drawer in front and two side drawers. It is topped with a white veined marble surrounded by an openwork gilded bronze gallery and rests on four baluster feet with curved flutes joined by a mahogany crotch shelf. The whole is decorated with finely chiseled and gilded bronzes: pearls, handles of pulling, rosettes decorated with a flower and foliage and beautiful entrance of lock decorated with a crown of oak leaves linked by a knot.
Parisian work of the eighteenth century of beautiful workmanship can be attributed to Joseph Schey or Conrad Mauter.
