Pair Of « Vieux Paris » Vases circa 1830

This pair of mounted vases are made up of a stepped base with three feet in acanthus leaves, a pedestal in a vegetable collar carries the porcelain cone.

The gilt frame of the cartouche and the motif on the back are of the finest quality of the genre, with a brilliant and an amati at the point of agate. This exceptional quality can only come from the workshops of the great porcelain makers of the time in Paris (Dihl, Gilbert Nast...).
