Architectural mirror, produced around 1855 (mid-nineteenth) with its original ice (mercury tain). The ornamentation and pediment are gilded stucco with matt and shiny gold leaf of beautiful presentation with wear of antiquity and some gaps (not very visible), alteration on the tain (in the lower zone) quite apparent on the views. Wooden structure and parquet bottom. Spectacular piece by its size, depth and volume of the frame. Presence of a stamp "au fer" Augustin Presson Paris, gilder active around 1850 listed in the Annuaire Almanach du Commerce et de l'Industrie in 1862.
