Pair of carved and gilded wood seats, partly on a striated diamond background, with high backs with straight, slightly overturned crosspieces, on which are curved armrests decorated with acanthus leaves.
The seat is supported by four bracket feet ending in a dice on a square base and connected by a moving strut centered on a carved canopy, all richly decorated with lambrequins, acanthus, foliage grained.
Good condition.
Louis XIV period, end of XVIIth century.
