Lacquered bronze, porcelain, silk lampshade.
Napoleon III period, around 1870-1880.
This chandelier was originally gas operated, the glass cup having disappeared, a custom-made lampshade was added to it, in its chinese spirit. It is reversibly electrified and not pierced.
