Is a French painter and architect born in Toulouse.
He won a 2nd class medal at the 1881 Salon.
He was awarded the Legion of Honor in 1899.
A qualified architect, he participated in the construction of many institutional monuments in honor of famous people in France:
The Hall of Illustrious in the Capitol of Toulouse that he rebuilt and decorated.
The Elysée has two of his watercolors, painted at the request of President Sadi Carnot.
We also find moments in the United States "Lafayette and his companions in war" in Washington and in Argentina.
