Small tambour chiffonier table decorated with lake and antique landscapes in stained wood framed with amaranth. It opens with a belt door revealing a small marble slab in turquin blue. It rests on three arched legs ending in bronze hooves and connected by a crotch shelf surrounded by a gilt bronze ingot mold with landscape decoration. Its tray, morocco leather top gilded with small iron and framed in rosewood, is surrounded by a gallery in gilded bronze. Work from the Louis XV/Louis XVI Transition period attributed to André-Louis Gilbert, received master on July 20, 1774
