A set of four wall tiles, Manises circa 1800

Set of four tin-glazed earthenware polychrome tiles depicting different large scale figures, produced in Manises (Valencia) between the late XVIIIth century and the early years of the XIXth century: two musicians, a swordsman and an arlequin from the Commedia dell'Arte. Of fine quality and beautiful colouring, they are all in great condition, coming from a relevant private collection in Valencia, formed in the early 1980s.

D: 20 x 20 cm each, 24,5 x 24,5 cm including frames.
