Stoneware service with silver mounting by Alexandre Bigot, goldsmithing by Victor Boivin, composed of a milk jug, a teapot and a coffee pot.
Alexandre Bigot is famous for his technical research on stoneware firing. His career was very successful at the 1900 World's Fair where he decorated the Porte Monumentale in collaboration with Paul Jouve.
He worked with many artists such as Van de Velde, Guimard, Clésinger, Fix-Masseau.
