A very rare Russian lapidary specimen marble jewellery casket, veneered with chamfered squares and rectangles including rhodonite-orlez, kazakhchikan jasper, kalkan jasper, koshkuldinsk jasper, chebarkuls jasper, kushkudin jasper, sarbaya jasper, listvenite berezovsk deposit, lazulite (Ural lapis lazuli) etc… ; on four lapis lazuli of Badakchan ball feet. Most identifications were made through the wonderful website of Paul Dyson.
