20th century, China lacquered and golden wood Trunk

This chest was made in China in the early 20th century. The structure is in wood lacquered in brown tones with fine decorations with phytomorphic motifs and golden butterflies. The trunk has side handles and lid closure, folding opening, with bronze lock. The base on which the trunk rests is in black lacquered and shaped mixed in the lower part and in the legs.
This object, very decorative, can easily be placed in environments with antique or modern furnishings. Useful as a container, curious as a decoration object, with a crystal resting on it, it can also be used as a coffee table.
