French Furniture and Art Pieces of the 18th century and Empire period
Large ewer and basin, in silver, Empire style, Restoration period. The handle is beautifully carved, decorations of swan necks and acanthus leaves, frieze decorated with water leaves.
Hallmarks:
Paris 1st title, 1819-1838 (hallmark old man / Michelangelo).
Big Guarantee.
Master silversmith: Marc-Augustin Lebrun, got his hallmark in 1810.
Condition Report: very good condition, wear of use.
