French Furniture and Art Pieces of the 18th century and Empire period
Small Consulat console in mahogany veneer "to be placed etween two windows" topped with a white marble of Carrara resting on a base formed by two feet in trapezoidal pilaster in the back and, in the front, two feet decorated with Caryatids, carved wood, supporting Ionic capitals.
The belt is decorated with a beautiful ornamentation in gilt bronze, finely chiseled.
