Antal Berkes (1874-1938) Hungarian painter, born in Budapest, Hungary. He lived in Paris for a while and produced urban landscapes, as well as similar street scenes from Budapest and Vienna.
Berkes studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest between 1889 and 1894. He started painting landscapes and street scenes in Budapest.
