The proposed work, representing a coastal landscape, comes from the workshop of Charles François Grenier de Lacroix;
Our beautiful painting shows an interesting pictorial element that many critics like to associate with the author-signature element: it is the ship, to the left of the composition, whose sail is rolled to a very elegant and slightly rounded.
The painting is in excellent condition with a beautiful frame in carved wood, lacquered and gilded.
