Very large bronze Rattanakosin Buddha, circa 1900

Very large Buddha in the Rattanakosin style, also known as the Bangkok style, in lacquered and gilded bronze.
There is a strong Burmese influence with the presence of numerous inlaid stones.
The Buddha portrayed here in Bhumisparsa mùdra, or witnessing the earth, is on his pedestal, which is rather rare in these dimensions.
