The dancer is depicted performing a graceful movement. With bent legs, the right leg extended forward, the back slightly arched, the left arm raised with the palm facing upward. The left hand holds a budding lotus flower. The dancer is dressed in a short sampot with a prominent knot at the back. The hair is styled in a conical bun, and the earlobes are elongated.
The statuette is notable for its dynamic energy and the subtle nuances of its patina, combining deep green, light green, and azure blue patches of azurite.
