Roman sculpture representing the goddess Bona Dea

This Roman piece in Carrara marble dating from the 2nd century AD representing the goddess Bona Dea, in a seated position on a klismos whose rear band is decorated with a greek frieze.
She is dressed in a finely pleated veil.
We can distinguish on her right the remains of two small feet and a left hand placed on her thigh which must have belonged to a child standing next to her whom she was embracing.
