Double-sided fan, gouache and silver gilt China 19th century

Beautiful fan painted in gouache on paper on each side with scenes of palaces and pavilions in gardens, animated by characters, dignitaries seated on terraces surrounded by courtesans and servants.
The silver and silver-gilt strands are partly openwork and enamelled, with scenes representing small trades and Buddhist symbols (sound stone, fish, etc.).
