Pair of candelabras from the Louis XVI period in gilded bronze

Pair of Louis XVI Period Candelabras in Matte and Polished Gilt Bronze. The upper section features three branches crowned by an ornamental vase that fits into the candlestick of the lower part. Smooth surfaces alternate with richly decorated areas. The circular base is adorned with a frieze of ovolos at its edge. Motifs: Rosettes, Greek friezes, Egyptian acanthus leaves, traditional acanthus leaves, ovolos, and gadroons.
