Small walnut fireplace box with beautiful side pilasters and notched cornices in the manner of the late northern Italian Renaissance.
The box was used both to store wood and to sit near the fireplace.
Nice dark patina and very small size.
The chest is in good condition in relation to the time, although in the presence of some defects and restorations.
