A pair of polychrome colonial wall arms.

These highly decorative wooden wall arms were made in Batavia in the 18th century.

The wall arms are carved from wood in the shape of a man's hand and and a woman's hand. The 18th century brass candle holder stands in a goblet of fruit presented by the hand.
The set is painted multicolored.
