Jules Ferdinand MEDARD (Anzin, 1855 - 1925) - Primroses

Médard was a pupil of Jean-Marie Reignier at the École des Beaux-Arts in Lyon. Although little known today, he was a very popular artist during his lifetime. He began exhibiting his work at the Paris Salon in 1878.
