Mirror second half 18th century "water allegory"

Carved and gilded walnut mirror. The central mirror, framed with pearl gilded wood motifs. The curved pediment featuring in upper section a water allegory, depecting a sea horse framed by two dolphins, overhanging a fountain adorned with nets and trident, held by three frogs.
English work second half 18th century.
