Second half of the 19th century. A very powerful and precise painting of a sunset in a landscape of moors with umbrella pines. The influence of the Barbizon school is clearly perceptible here.
Minimal damage (restored) and beautiful frame. Stamped on the back of the canvas by the manufacturer (Reeyes & Sons Canvas London England).
