Fedor Petrovich Riznichenko - Russian and Ukrainian landscape painter, was a member of the St. Petersburg Society of Artists and a regular participant in Peredvizhniki exhibitions. Riznichenko worked primarily as a landscape painter, following the tradition of Russian lyrical landscape established by Alexei Savrasov and Isaac Levitan.
Throughout his career, he received several medals (bronze in 1887 / silver in 1889; silver in 1892; silver in 1894).
He frequently took part in academic exhibitions and salons. In 1911, for their autumn exhibition, the Imperial Academy of Arts organized a solo show of Riznichenko's works.
