18th Century Reliquary Of Saint Augustine

In an elegant carved and gilded wooden frame, decorated with acanthus leaves and rockeries, we present to you a relic of Saint Augustine coupled with its representation in trimmings. He is here as a Holy Bishop blessing, surrounded by a montage of beads and silver threads.
Saint Augustine is one of the four Fathers of the Church and Patron Saint of printers, brewers and theologians.
At the foot are also relics of Saint Raimond.
An Italian work from the end of the 18th century.
