A bronze holy water bucket decorated with enamelled plaques.
Venetian, 17th / 18th century.
Measures 17 x 17 x 10cm.
The enamelled copper plaques depict stylised flowers, a Doge, a coat of arms and the lion of St Mark which represents Venice. The bronze body of the bucket is deeply engraved foliate swags and scrolls.
There is a historic repair to one side of the handle. There are some minor damages to the enamel.
