Louis XVI period Cylinder desk in mahogany and mahogany veneer on an oak frame.
It opens with three stepped drawers and a cylinder revealing pigeonholes and three small drawers. A leather-covered sliding top provides a writing surface. It has two side pulls and four drawers on the front.
It stands on four fluted spindle feet adorned with rings and finished with gilded bronze sabots. The locks have their original keys. Veined white marble top surrounded by a brass openwork gallery.
Good overall condition for this late 18th century desk.
