Pair of Louis XVI andirons in gilt bronze

Pair of gilt bronze andirons, decorated with a fluted column with central decorations of bunches of grapes and pearls. This is surmounted by an antique urn surrounded by a garland of grapes.

This column is extended by a frieze supporting at its end an urn with two handles surmounted by a pine cone. A quiver and a torch in its center. This frieze, surrounded by pearl, is held by two fluted and beaded top feet.


These andirons are in their original gilding.
