Galerie Sismann

Gabriela and Mathieu Sismann’s passion for Old Master Sculpture led them to found their gallery in 1994 in Paris. Located next to the Orsay and Louvre Museums, their international standing gallery provides a large selection of Old Master Sculpture. Every Automne the gallery publishes a catalogue presenting it’s major discoveries and attributions, organizes local exhibitions and participates in international exhibitions. American-born Art Historian Gabriela Sismann completed two degrees in Art History specializing in the Renaissance period. Mathieu Sismann, whose academic background includes law and art history, is an Expert in European Sculpture and Works of Art (CNES). As such, he is involved in certain vettings for international exhibitions.
